Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Nurtured Path Co. We’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

We accept returns and refunds for the following:

  • Items damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received
  • Orders lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)

If you need a refund, just reach out with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’re happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund. Please note, you have 24 hours after delivery to file a claim for any damaged packages. We kindly ask that you contact us within this timeframe, as we reserve the right to use discretion for claims made after.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Custom or personalized items (unless damaged)

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping or may not require the item to be sent back.
  • In cases where we approve a return as an exception (such as an accidental order or change of preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Address

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.


Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipping and tracking shows no delivery, please contact us. If confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.


 

Digital Products

  • All items marked as digital downloads are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

  • After purchase, you will receive a link to download your files instantly.

  • Due to the nature of digital files, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Files are provided for personal use only. They may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

  • If you experience any problems with your download or need assistance, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.
